Through on-going innovation HISPANO strives to be the sector's leader and is carrying out the latest development work on a body entirely manufactured in composite material, or "composites". For the development of this project, the research and development department of Hispano Carrocera has had the co-operation of the Centro Politécnico Superior of the University of Zaragoza with which it has closely collaborated for several years now.

The body is built with non-metallic materials whose special composition increases resistance and solidity, reducing at the same time the vehicle's consumption thanks to the reduction of weight. "Composites" also provide the vehicle with a high degree of interior comfort and performance, as they are both excellent thermal and acoustic insulators and do not rust out.

The Zaragoza company will soon carry out the final testing of this vehicle in collaboration with an important passenger transport company before it is finally launched onto the market.
